After School Care
We understand that families sometimes need flexible care outside school hours. Carraragarmungee Primary School students have access to TheirCare After School Care, with a safe bus transfer straight from our school to the program.
How it works
Safe, simple and onsite at Everton
After school care is run by TheirCare, conveniently located onsite at Everton Primary School, about 15 minutes away. At the end of the school day, students are safely collected by bus from Carraragarmungee Primary School and taken directly to the TheirCare program at Everton, making after-school care simple and convenient for busy families.
TheirCare provides a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can relax, play, complete homework if they choose, and take part in a variety of fun, supervised activities. Healthy afternoon snacks are provided.
This partnership offers our families the reassurance of reliable, high-quality after-school care while enjoying all the benefits of our small rural school.

After school care questions
Where is after school care held?
After school care is run by TheirCare onsite at Everton Primary School, about 15 minutes from Carra. At the end of the school day, Carra students are safely collected by bus and taken directly to the TheirCare program at Everton.
How do I enrol my child in after school care?
Enrolment and bookings are completed online at www.theircare.com.au and take about 15 to 20 minutes. You can also call TheirCare Customer Support on 1300 072 410 for help with enrolment, session availability or fees.
Is there financial help with the cost of after school care?
Yes. Eligible families may receive up to 90% off session fees through the Child Care Subsidy, claimed through myGov. Additional Child Care Subsidy is also available for some families. TheirCare can help you understand what you may be entitled to.
