Carraragarmungee Primary School is situated on approximately 1 hectare of land. We have modern school buildings thanks to the Building The Education Revolution stimulus spending by the Federal Government. These building were occupied in third term 2011. A designated building allows us to run After School Care and Vacation Care at the school as well as an area for our visiting MACC Art Van and MARC Library Van.
The grounds feature a covered netball/basketball court as well as a Covered Outdoor Learning Area. The playground is extensive with shade sails covering the area. A well grassed area under programmed irrigation provides a safe area for football/soccer etc. Utilisation of a designated rebound wall set amongst a landscaped front lawn area provides a balance of passive and vigorous areas to suit all student’s needs. The school has ample seating and park settings for students to sit in the shade as well as have a clean place to enjoy lunch and recess breaks.
